Submission Guidlines

To submit your entry, simply follow these  easy steps:

1. Identify an existing or new successful chapter program.
*Programs having received national recognition through this award program within the past three years will not be considered.

2. Gather key individuals who contributed to the program's success and submit the award entry. 

3. Each chapter may submit one entry and one chapter program per category. Submit up to 10 supporting documents through this online platform.
*No hard copies will be accepted.

4. Submit another entry in a different category.

 

*Manage Collaborators
While working on your submission you will notice a button on the right that says "Manage Collaborators." This awesome feature will allow for multiple people to work on a submission together. Once you click  that button it will allow you to add a name and email address. After you do that the person will receive an email with a link to the award. Once they click on that link they will:

  • reset their password
  • select "go to homepage" where they will finish their profile
  • hit the "save and back" button
  • click on "my applications" in the left nav bar
  • click edit to begin working on the submission
